I have over 30 years’ experience, initially at Deloitte and over 20 years at Board level. Mainly regulated financial services and largely technology enabled businesses. I have experience of a broad swathe of organisational types such as: listed, Group control and subsidiary businesses, multinational as well as private companies, consortium shareholder owned; government (national, local and EU) as well as local voluntary (sports). I have participated in successful start-ups, mergers and integrations, strategic reviews, implementation and disposals/closures, complex technical and regulatory investigations and capital restructuring and management.
