Day to day running of a busy Plating department. We do chrome /nickel/cad plating on numerous aircraft components to high quality and tight tolerances. Production deadlines are met on a weekly basis to customer build dates whilst staying within quality control . Reducing reject rates and delivering what the customer requires like Value added and removing Waste out of the business.
Day to day management of a team of people .Responsible for delivering production targets to tight deadlines .Delivering training and mentoring and working to high levels of quality assurance.
Four year apprenticeship completed at Dowty Rotol. Attended college to achieve qualifications needed to complete my modules .
