I am a 30 year strategic leader with deep experience in industrial manufacturing including: furniture, transportation, machinery, capital equipment, and chemical industries. Combining a unique blend of operations with deep financial knowledge as the President and CEO of Gainline Capital's portfolio company, Southern Furniture Industries, which has included leading the integration activities of two large acquisitions in the furniture space across commercial, finance, human resources, and operations. Previously, led Wabash National’s (NYSE: WNC, Revenues of $2.0B) finance function as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and subsequently leading its $500M Diversified Products Group division as Group President, my experiences have spanned the re-IPO of the Company, Mergers & Acquisitions, Commercial and Operational Restructuring, Traditional and Leveraged Capital Structures including Private Equity, ERP Implementations, Integration, International Businesses, Investor Relations, Audit & SOX, Product Management, and Developing Talent. I have a B.S. degree in accounting and an M.B.A from Purdue University - Krannert School of Management. I am also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
