I am driven by the entire journey of a product, from raw materials to the moment it reaches the customer. For me, Supply Chain Management is about more than just understanding the process; it’s about identifying opportunities to add value and create impact at every single stage. After completing my MSc in Supply Chain Management and finishing two successful assignments, I am excited to take on my final challenge as a Supply Chain Consultant at Yacht. I am at my best in environments where I can combine my analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach to solve complex logistical problems. As a supply chain trainee, I am enrolled in an innovative program where I am encouraged to develop myself into a confident specialist in the field with management skills. In this trajectory, I take on various positions at different organizations and participate in a challenging development program. This program includes a combination of valuable training, on-the-job assignments, and individual coaching.
Supply chain / logistics operations & process Improvement - Responsible for coordinating and optimizing inbound and outbound goods flows - Planning and execution of transportation activities, including coordination with internal stakeholders and external logistics partners. - Continuous improvement of logistics and transport processes to increase efficiency, reliability, and transparency. Key projects & achievements - Dock scheduling / time-slot system implementation: designing and implementing a time-slot system for loading and unloading at one of the warehouses, resulting in reduced waiting times and lower waiting costs. - Inventory & replenishment process optimization: optimising the internal inventory and replenishment process for the largest customer, enabling more efficient inventory allocation across distribution centers and achieving significant time savings through process improvements and Excel solutions. - Operational KPI development & reporting: developing, implementing, and analysing operational KPIs related to transport and warehousing performance. Translating insights into a Power BI dashboard to support data-driven decision-making and performance management.
Project leader / project planner / project manager: managing key international projects for the entire company: - Reverse supply chain project: responsible for managing a reverse supply chain process to optimize efficiency and minimize costs. - Product rollout project: responsible for a fast and efficient product rollout. - Developing, defining, setting up, measuring/data analyzing, presenting, implementing, and monitoring new operational KPIs across the company, presented in a KPI dashboard. - Process optimization: optimizing the overall process of submitting service reports by technicians, ensuring greater convenience, efficiency, and time savings.
