Project Manager for the Errai CCS project offshore Norway
PM for a new subsea infill development project. Decided to play an active role in the energy transition and started with a new company.
- Accountable for a multi-billion NOK infill subsea drilling project with subsurface, SPS and facilities scope. - Led a 30+ member multidisciplinary & international expert team and created a OneTeam project culture. - Continuously drove and communicated changes to de-risk the project and increase its economic robustness after project approval. - Restructured Simultaneous Operations (SIMOPS) with critical stakeholders reflecting on learnings from a severe incident and aligning with the company’s ALARP understanding.
- As D&W manager, accountable for well delivery from DG1 to DG4 for two drilling campaigns (9 wells in total) and later as wells project manager, accountable for overall results of the 2nd drilling campaign. - Delivered both drilling campaigns with significant performance improvement and all nine wells below time and budget, including record-setting extreme Extended Reach wells (ERD). Campaign performance was a key enabler for extending the lifetime of the brownfield asset. - Promoted and fostered OneTeam culture across the asset (One Asset = OneTeam) in a cost-constrained and volatile environment. - Member of the drilling superintendent duty team for subsea and platform drilling and intervention operations.
Developed a novel, more robust, and cost-efficient exploration well design for a national oil company (SPE paper presented at ADIPEC).
