Create and accountable to financial plans (sales/margin/inventory) for cycle activity 2015-2020, and currently snow/water/climb activities. Work with my team, and cross functionally to bring product assortments and strategy to life. Keeping the customer in the center to ensure we are in stock when the customer is shopping, while balancing the co-op inventory goals.
Responsible for all aspects of financial planning function for REI Private Brand’s businesses. Develop sales, turn, and margin goals for all Private Brand’s teams and develop financial metrics and goals alongside strategic initiatives.
Work with factories to produce Novara Branded Bicycles and REI Furniture. Including, production planning/management, tooling creation, $FOB costing. Continually working to improve lead-times, QA issues, and on-time deliveries.
