Specialties: I concentrate on lending to community associations, including condominium, townhome, Cooperatives and homeowner associations throughout Chicagoland for the purpose of completing common element repairs. I also work with the management firms who oversee the daily operations of community associations in an effort to provide the most competitive credit and investment solutions for the properties they manage. I work with privately held manufacturing, service and professional service firms who are seeking financing for short term and permanent working capital. I am able to offer financing for commercial mortgages, lines of credit, equipment loans, property purchases as well as mergers and acquisitions. If a company is looking to grow, I am always available to try and assist with their goals. I enjoy volunteering and currently work with the United Way of Metro Chicago (DuPage-West Cook), Itasca Lions Club, P.A.D.S. and Junior Achievement.
