In my role within Business Development at Excelerate Technology, I specialise in supporting customers from a wide range of sectors including emergency response, local authorities, security, utilities and more. I work with customers to provide the optimum mobile satellite communications solution for their business which ultimately is going to reduce their costs, increase productivity and introduce new methods to help drive their business forward. Having spent the last twelve years as an Installation & Support Engineer with Excelerate, I have seen many changes in both technology and user behaviour.
