Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada
I have over 20 years experience as a serial entrepreneur, C-level executive and strategic adviser. My particular expertise lies in structuring and financing early-stage companies, with an emphasis on accessing capital. I am currently CEO of Carraway Capital Corp., a Vancouver-based early-stage investment company, and co-founder and President of Sosido Networks Inc. a pre-eminent knowledge-sharing community for health-care professionals. Until recently I was a Director of East Side Games Group, Inc. (TSE:EAGR), and I am currently a director of a number of public companies, both in Canada and in the United Kingdom. Previously, I practiced securities and entertainment law and acted as an adviser to companies such as Viacom, Disney, Paramount, Time Warner, Showtime, USA Networks, and Canal + (France). In 1999, I was a founder of InternetStudios.com, one of the first companies to exploit the digital revolution in the marketing and delivery of filmed entertainment. In addition I am Chairman of the Advisory Board for Oddfellows Entertainment, producer of the motion pictures "Afflicted", "Grace", "Child's Play", "Sweet Virginia” and most recently, the highly-acclaimed "Longlegs" starring Nicolas Cage
