International Finance & Business Controller Financially responsible for multiple manufacturing sites across Europe (>100 employees, >€90M turnover) active in the food, pet food, and industrial markets. Key Responsibilities & Achievements • Strategy & positioning: development and monitoring of business plans and KPI dashboards to drive performance. • Coaching & leadership: guiding (agile) teams towards continuous improvement and standardization in reporting. • OGSM facilitation: leading strategic decision-making processes to achieve (sustainability) goals. • Digital transformation: implementing self-reporting and business intelligence tools (PowerBI, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
