Key focus on M42 corridor with detailed knowledge of Birmingham city centre in terms of buildings, development sites and occupiers. Act within all spheres of the office sector including corporate real estate, commercial property development, consultancy and office leasing. Developing KWB to be recognised as the most notable and active independent office specialist in the M42 and out-of-town office market. Also expanding KWB's presence in Birmingham city centre and key peripheral locations through providing leasing consultancy and asset management advice to institutional and private landlords.
Working in Birmingham city centre, Edgbaston and the M42 corridor, successfully developed GBRPB's expansion into the wider Midlands market and focused particularly on the M42 office market. Increased the company's profile and instruction base predominantly in the Solihull area, which helped me become one of the most active agents in the M42 office market. Acted for a range of corporate clients, providing relocation and acquisition advice. The most notable of these was bringing into Birmingham a division of Microsoft - Rare Games - and helping to expand their business. Provided development consultancy advice on a number of long term Birmingham city centre and out-of-town office projects. Have developed a detailed knowledge of development appraisals, cashflows, specifying buildings and designing floorplates within a market context in order to achieve a pre-letting agreement.
