Airport Planning, Operations & Analytics Leader | Turning Complex Airport Data into Actionable Decisions

Denver, Colorado, United States

About

I focus on improving airport performance where capacity is constrained, operations are complex, and decisions have long-term financial and operational consequences. With more than 20 years of experience working with large hub airports in the United States and Europe, I have supported airport operators and infrastructure stakeholders on complex operational, capacity, planning, and transaction-related decisions across airfields, terminals, and landside systems. My work centers on understanding how airports function day-to-day, identifying where constraints arise, and clarifying the trade-offs available before capital is committed. I work at the intersection of airport operations, planning, and analytics. Increasingly, my focus has been on performance optimization, integrating fragmented operational data, developing practical metrics, and translating analysis into decisions that influence capacity utilization, phasing, and investment timing. My experience spans capacity and performance analysis, terminal and airfield planning, implementation phasing, and infrastructure strategy, with a consistent emphasis on turning analysis into decisions. I am often involved in projects when problems are ambiguous or technically complex, where stakeholders need clarity, credibility, and a practical path forward. Core Capabilities: • Airport operations and capacity performance analysis • Cross airport benchmarking and analytics • Decision-focused analytics and executive-level performance reporting • Terminal and airfield planning with operational realism • Capital phasing, implementation strategy, and decision support • Translating complex data into an actionable strategy
