Leads a team of Asset Managers on a PBL contract; establishes and controls retail/wholesale stockage objectives and maintains inventory accountability. Collaborates with program, engineering, quality and procurement to resolve technical and support problems; including risk identification/mitigation, DMS and PR/PO constraints. Coordinates with forecaster on Sales, Inventory, Operations and Planning (SI&OP) procedures, concepts, execution and utilization of SPO/SPM. Communicates with Internal/external customers, partners, stakeholders and represents Supply Chain at PMR/EPMRs. Readiness Spares Package, Warehousing and Financial Inventory Audit Remediation focal for the program.
Primary point of contact for program on-site supply support and OEM repair activity. Actively worked to resolve technical and support problems by coordinating with Engineering, Quality, Procurement and Program on Risks, Obsolescence and Diminished Manufacturing Sources (DMS) issues. Analyzed post production supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities and coordinates for economy of purchases, performed Order/Delivery Management for spare and repairable assets.
Develops/manages C-17/C-5 Readiness Spares Program and Policy; guides 17 Main Operating Bases increases availability for 301 aircraft valuing $441 Million dollars. Coordinates with weapon system maintenance and system program office for spares provisions; tailors Mobility Air Forces aircraft Readiness Spares Program support. Executes comprehensive wartime spares reviews/computations/analyses.
Delivers IT procedures and guidance for field implementation; brides Wing & Headquarters Air Force view with enterprise perspective. Develops/tests/implements business rules for emerging logistics processes under Air Force eLog/AFSO21 initiatives. Provides active tech support/resolution for software/hardware releases & personnel development to 12 Air Mobility Command bases. Plans/direct/implements/organizes complex supply software programs for Headquarters Air Mobility Command, Air Force, Air Force Reserves and Air Force Global Logistics Support Center.
Directly supervises and mentors two military personnel. Maintains integrity of the Standard Base Supply System with over 205K records valued at $2 Billion in support of 250 aircraft located at 16 installations, 10 wings, 76 Graphically Separated Units and 11 contingency units.
