In a slower economic market I collaborated with our team to establish new clients and re-invigorate old clients to maximize our market share....focusing on creative solutions for design/build and targeted plan/spec work. We isolated our energy towards the emerging market in high rise residential and hospitality where we've had continued success.
Independently handle all aspects of client relationships and project management for large work Including but not limited to estimating, design, VE review, procurement and review of contracts, direct oversight of purchasing, direct coordination of field staff during installation, labor tracking and feedback, billing, project finance review, and change order preparation/negotiations. On site executive project manager in charge of $19 million dollar design build high residential project. Handled on site engineering/detailing staff, project managers, and administrators. Responsible for daily interface with developers, general contracting staff, architects, fire/life safety consultants, acoustic consultants, LA Building Department, LA Fire Department, and design/build trades. Actively involved in design and plan check/permit process with senior engineers.
