Director of Education, experienced Headteacher and Leadership Coach with a wildly important goal to grow leaders everywhere. I aim to unlock the leadership capital that exists in each of us, in our teams, and in our organisations. I do this through designing and delivering leadership training and coaching programmes that help you to: - Think like a leader - Act like a leader - Feel like a leader Through this work I help individuals and teams to be even better than they imagined. I have a demonstrated history of working in educational leadership across secondary, primary, & middle schools, working with diverse students, staff and leaders across a range of contexts, in the UK and overseas. I am passionate about leadership development and the power of coaching and leadership sensemaking. I have a first degree from the British Institute in Paris, a Masters degree from the Institute of Education, and I am currently undertaking learning and research for a Doctorate at UCL in leadership development.
