I am a Masters Degree qualified Chartered Mechanical Engineer and I have been employed within the Oil and Gas and associated industries for over 35 years. I have obtained extensive experience within the Offshore, FPSO, petrochemical and process industries. This experience has ranged from Project Management, conceptual design, detail engineering, construction and commissioning. I have been employed in a variety of senior positions including managing large teams on multi-national projects, resource management, budgetary controls, planning, client presentations and implementing training programs. I am fully conversant with the technical codes, which are applicable to the oil and gas industry. My field experience encompasses both new and existing facilities. This includes Onshore Plants, Module Fabrication Yards, Offshore Platforms and Subsea Developments. Positions held during these construction projects include Hook-up Coordinator, Field Facilities Engineering and Offshore Project Supervisor for additional modules on offshore platforms. I have actively pursued a continuous development program including Managerial, Leadership, Mentoring, Technical, Contract Management, Commercial, Safety and Process Safety Studies.
