I began working for Ruth's Chris in 2000 in Tampa Florida as Assistant General Manager. Within a year I was promoted to GM of our Palm Desert CA location. After 2 years in that location I then moved to Louisville KY as GM with the company until 2006. In late 2006 I was offered the opportunity to open a new location in Bonita Springs FL. At each location I was able to grow sales through effective leadership and strategic sales initiatives. The Bonita Springs unit has had continued success in sales growth for each year of its operation and our team was recognized as Leadership Team of the Year in 2012.
