My personal passion is to use creativity/ingenuity to tell stories, teach people new skills, and develop teams that compliment each others strengths. I like being the person you can rely on. • Led our Leaning and Development team through a large-scale technology implementation of Workday Learning • Partnered in developing the Motion Industries mentorship program and our internal professional development program experience, called Impact Teams. • Led the design and delivery of internal and external training programs including technical training, soft skills and professional development resources. • Published learning content with Articulate Storyline, Rise, shot/edited/delivered 4k videos, micro-learning courses, hands-on courses, illustrations, photography, and live streamed broadcasts/webinars. • Regularly documented and reported analytics of training content and materials to regularly strategize learning effectiveness and measure learner content adoption. • Developed, regularly updated, and maintained company-wide, multilingual/international onboarding programs. • Managed the development and maintenance of complex learning curricula in alignment with our organization’s goals and initiatives.

• Remotely managed a team of content creators, creating training for 4 countries with an audience of over 9,000 employees. • Created health and wellness training for our umbrella corporation GPC, a global fortune 200 company with 55,000 employees operating in 15 different countries. • Traveled extensively throughout the US, as well as Canada & Japan, creating both marketing and training collateral. Working closely with several different large global organizations. • Partnered with Quality Resource Center to create companywide training for ISO 9001 2015 certification which resulted in us being certified on our first attempt. • Completed content conversion of our learning management system from Skillsoft LMS to Intellum LMS. • Created content from across multiple departments within our organization, our parent company, as well as in partnership with our suppliers. This content has varied in scope from small scale to large international initiatives. • Increased productions output efficiency to meet a high demand while increasing quality.
