Group CFO with more than 20 years of experience in international and complex organisations, focusing on finance leadership, strategy and business transformation. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with CEOs, boards and leadership teams to steer performance, support strategic decision-making and drive sustainable growth. My experience spans corporate finance, FP&A, capital allocation, M&A and large-scale transformation initiatives. I have been fortunate to work in both family-owned and international business environments, gaining broad experience in navigating different governance models, stakeholder dynamics and growth strategies.
