Group CFO with more than 20 years of experience in international and complex organisations, focusing on finance leadership, strategy and business transformation. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with CEOs, boards and leadership teams to steer performance, support strategic decision-making and drive sustainable growth. My experience spans corporate finance, FP&A, capital allocation, M&A and large-scale transformation initiatives. I have been fortunate to work in both family-owned and international business environments, gaining broad experience in navigating different governance models, stakeholder dynamics and growth strategies. Beyond the financial agenda, I strongly believe in building high-performing teams and creating clarity around strategy, numbers and execution. Developing talent and strengthening organisations has been a constant thread throughout my career. I currently serve as Group CFO at Jacops, a company playing an important role in the development of essential networks and infrastructure.
In my current role, I orchestrate all aspects of planning, implementation, and management of financial activities including business modeling, investment analysis, budgeting, contract negotiation, and partnership building. I play a key role on the senior leadership team and Board of Directors. Achievements to date include: • Lead a global team of +300 staff covering a wide range of areas such as Financial Reporting, FP&A, Legal, Assurance, Compliance & Risk, Facilities, Real Estate, Indirect procurement, Business transformation • Collaborated with senior executive peers and external advisors on a major group restructuring project following the D’Ieteren Group's acquisition of a 40% stake in TVH Parts in 2021. • Transformed Finance into a business partner role by establishing an FP&A function to optimize decision-making. • Implemented the highest standards of best practice across legal, risk, and regulatory compliance functions. • Worked closely with the CEO on corporate strategy and larger investment decisions.
Identified a range of commercial opportunities to drive organizational growth into the future. Spearheaded the Corporate Development team including oversight for multi-disciplinary professionals. ● Developed and published the 2018 – 2023 strategic plan following intensive research and analysis.
I was hired with a mandate to establish and manage a Group Strategy function and Transformation Office to identify growth opportunities and execute major projects with a budget of €100M.
I directed strategic planning, business transformation, and M&A activities for this organization with 2000 FTEs, €100M net profit, and operations in four countries. I made significant contributions to high-level initiatives that shaped the business over a three-year period.
