As a property manager with Brookfield Properties at Market Place Mall in Champaign, IL, I was responsible for overseeing the upkeep and maintenance of both the interior and exterior of the property. On the exterior, I collaborated with third-party contractors to ensure that landscaping, snow removal, concrete work, and lighting were well-maintained. Additionally, I oversaw repairs to the entryway, coordinated seating setup for summer events, and managed deliveries for the mall and regulation deliveries for tenants. On the interior, I was responsible for various tasks such as changing out lights, tile work, painting, plumbing, light electrical work, or otherwise hiring and coordinating work with electricians. I also oversaw the setup for seasonal decor and assisted tenants with any issues related to the exterior of their facilities, as well as coordinated tenant moves and checked abatement of their spaces. As a member of Insomniac's production team, I traveled throughout the United States to oversee the setup and execution of music festivals. In this role, I held various positions in stage production, including audio setup, electrical wiring, and lighting setup. I was responsible for running all wiring for the speakers, setting up generators and running power to the stage, and coordinating with talent for show times and needs. Additionally, I managed crews for the stage and ensured smooth act changes.
