Mark Napier is the CTO for JP Morgan International Private Bank Technology and the Site Leader for JP Morgan’s Glasgow location, which houses ~3000 technologists. Since joining JP Morgan in 1997, Mark has held various technology roles across the Investment Bank, Investment Management, and Private Bank businesses globally. He previously led Middle Office Technology, Institutional Technology for Investment Management, and Onboarding Technology for Asset and Wealth Management. Mark holds a Master's degree in Engineering from Strathclyde University and an MBA from the University of Glasgow. He also serves as a member-nominated director on the JP Morgan UK Pension Plan Trustee Board.
