Writing Process and procedures. Loading Pricing in SAP per the contract language. Process all Exhaust/Discontinued and replaced items into all contracts. Process all MG1 cost factors changing discounts into all contracts. Process Silcom errors and identify changes that contract analysis should make changes which lead to lower errors. Any other project given to process by manager and other administrative support functions. Train new employees, answer management and co-worker’s questions. Held meeting on new, updates and strategy for customer contracts. Working with upper management on daily basis to resolve problems with customers. Helped locating any and all documents for audits. Held training meeting with field supervisors, operations managers, etc. Preparing update, analyze pricing and margins, prepare exhibits and cover letters for customers then implement pricing per the contract or management direction. Create and maintain customer cross reference. And other administrative support functions.
