Project engineering activities for a variety of near- and offshore cable installation, repair, and removal projects. - Analysing project documentation and requirements. - Compose technical, commercial, HSE and financial project documents. - Document management. - Performing risk analysis and assessment. - Program and plan the works and draft installation sequence drawings. - Liaise with subcontractors, partners and supporting departments. - Quality control, check drawings and 3D models and identify discrepancies. - Support the project manager, commercial manager and other internal stakeholders.
Bid management for a variety of e-mobility related RFPs/RFQs/RFIs, activities compose among others: - Review and assessment of ITT documentation - Streamlining and coordination of the tender process with internal and external team members and experts (Legal, Commerce, Estimation, Product management etc.) - Ensuring all management and parent company approvals are obtained in time - Preparation of and conducting bid presentations - Preparation and participation in Client clarification and negotiation meetings

Nearshore Department of Bohlen&Doyen was acquired by Boskalis, therefore this is a continuation of the below activities, now under the Boskalis flag. - Tender Management for international shallow water cable installation projects - Acting as single point of contact towards the Client - Assessment of Client requirements and development of a comprehensive and competitive concept for shallow water HV cable installation - (Remote)-Management of differing teams consisting of ten (10) experts, each responsible for his own field of work including decision making for procurement, methodolgy etc. - Forming the interface between several internal departments to ensure a timely and compliant completion of the tender deliverables - Review and commenting of Client requirements as well as contractual and legal documents - Participation in negotiations of contractual and technical contract conditions - Quality control of the final document package and deliverables - Prepare and perform internal Board Approval presentations - Presentation of our proposed solution towards the Client - Ensure profound hand-over to the designated project team
