As Chair of the national law firm of Fox Rothschild LLP, I am responsible for oversight of the Firm's Executive Committee, administering Firm policies, engaging in the Firm's recruitment efforts and supporting the day-to-day management of the Firm. I also served extensive terms as Firm-wide Managing Partner, Managing Partner of the Firm's Philadelphia office, Chair of Fox’s Real Estate Department, and as Co-Chair of our Hospitality Practice. I have more than 40 years of experience as a real estate practitioner with a practice that centers on significant transactional work, including office buildings, residential developments, industrial parks and shopping malls and centers. My practice also has a particular focus on representing clients in the hospitality industry, where I take a lead role in the sale, acquisition, development and management of full-service and limited-service hotels throughout the United States. I am also skilled in the negotiation of franchise and management agreements on behalf of franchisee clients.
