Since joining EQ Office in 2013,I have managed a portfolio of approximately 5 million sq ft of Class A commercial real estate in Southern California. In my role as a Senior Construction Manager I collaborate with numerous Architectural, Engineering, and General Contracting firms to provide quality renovations to our individual assets throughout my portfolio.
Responsibilities included; - Management and development of project schedules in Microsoft Project format - Management of all subcontractors on a daily basis to adhere to project schedules and monitored procurement of all project materials -Responsible for weekly onsite safety meetings with subcontractors and distribution of daily progress reports to client and building ownership - Value Engineer individual projects to provide cost savings to Client
