"Mark Angelo Lusardi, writer of best selling Novel 'Adriana' (Amazon), brother of the famous glamour model Linda Lusardi, was also a pioneer of UK dub who’d honed his skills in London’s Gooseberry Sound Studios recording with the likes of Dennis Bovell, Creation Rebel and Prince Far I in the late 70s. He would later set up his own Mark Angelo Studios which, amongst its other clients, included the leading Reggae label Greensleeves, with Lusardi working, most notably, on Clint Eastwood & General Saint’s ‘two Bad DJ’ (1983). His long-time association with maverick British bassist, Jah Wobble, goes right back to his time with Public Image Ltd. Lusardi also worked with P.I.L and The Sex Pistols - a good example of the links between punk and Reggae at that time. In the mid-90s he developed an outboard device called “The Mutator”, used by numerous recording artists including Massive Attack, Radiohead, William Orbit, Beck, Leftfield, and Daft Punk."
It took me almost 2 years to write this book which surprise surprise is about a girl called Adriana. When an autistic child accidentally kills her twin, the balance of her mind is disturbed and she is institutionalised. As her late teens approach she is guided back towards ‘the normal world’ by her psychiatrist, but as he delves deeper, he discovers that her mind is very far from 'normal' and far stranger than he could ever have imagined. Neither human nor alien she is something this world has never seen before and after a number of incredible journeys, the true nature of her reality is finally revealed. 'Not for the faint-hearted. Rips out your soul and it says look at me! Breaks all the rules and happily marches into territory where no other author would ever dare to tread (inside a black hole for example) yet leaves all the laws of physics unbent! On top of all this Mr Lusardi seems to have created a new way of writing that, almost works brilliantly. That is if you don't mind being a little disoriented on occasion. I have read the book three times now and I still don't feel right.' Dr. C Jones PHD Jul. 2017 'Adriana makes you see things differently. With different eyes. Be warned. It doesn't ware off.' Totally unique.' Mrs. S James 15 Jul. 2017 https://www.amazon.com/ADRIANA-Mark-Angelo-Lusardi/dp/154961990X http://www.lusardibooks.com/ https://scientistsonacid.com/

From 1979 through to 2008 a great number, if not the majority, of the great and the good of the British music industry passed through the doors of Mark Angelo Studios but finally in 2008 the studios, sadly, closed its doors for the last time.
