Formed and then led a global integrated team of supply chain professionals from order entry to supply planning, RM ordering, plant scheduling, warehousing and logistics for a specialty materials and serving customers across a wide range of industries. Led the separation of these functions from the rest of DuPont Performance Polymers In November 2022 and then subsequently the separation from DuPont when divested to TJC in November 2023
Responsible for the global supply chain of DuPont’s Nylon and Polyester engineering polymer businesses globally. Key achievement: Managing global supply chain and stable customer supply through the demand swings of the pandemic and subsequent rebound and the large number of supplier Force Majeures
Responsible for all Customer a service and sales support activities for DuPont’s Transportation and Industrial business in EMEA across multiple sites and a large team. Accountable for the integration of a number of different groups from Dow during the merge and subsequent demerge process from 2017-2019. Key achievements: Integrated former Dow customer service teams into DuPont and separating from Dow back office service teams. Restructured customer service work to take full control of order workflow.
Responsible for the European commercial operations of DuPont Performance Polymers encompassing European customer service, demand management, sales back office, and distribution channel for a Bn$ Engineering plastics business. Jointly accountable with the regional supply chain manager for the performance of the end to end supply chain. Achieved world class levels of customers service which is recognised by their supplier awards and Net Promoter Score results.
