Mark is an International HR Leader with a strong track record in talent management, organizational transformation and change, e.g. post-merger integrations, divestment's, new business model and internal (functional) operating model implications. He held diverse HR business partner positions in B2C, B2B/ healthcare and worked & lived in different geographies including Asia Pacific, Middle East, Europe and North America. He is experienced in leading cross-country teams, recognized for having an inclusive leadership style based on trust, known for his ability to strategize HR priorities, solutions and outcomes, encourages teams to challenge the status quo to better serve customers and focused on making an impact. After starting his career in Philips HQ, he progressed as HR Business Partner for the Benelux consumer business, International Sales Cluster in Dubai and Market HR in APAC in Singapore, he joined Johnson & Johnson in 2015 as VP HR for Pharmaceuticals in EMEA, was appointed VP HR for Medical Devices North America in 2019 and transitioned to his current position as VP HR for Pharmaceuticals EMEA upon his return to the region. Mark holds a Master of Science from the University of Amsterdam and lives in Zürich with his wife and two children.
