Perform execution of employee recruitment, selection, training, performance assessments, work assignments, salary and recognition/disciplinary actions. Provide on-site Engineering Technical Support to the UAE AF in support of its F-16 Block 60 Avionics Systems, utilizing multiple databases such as FIN, ALMS, EDMS, Haystack, Gold Disk, FedLog, and AADMIS. Provided the UAE AF with advice, troubleshooting, liaison, instruction, and assistance with the installation, operation, and maintenance of applicable systems and components at the organizational, intermediate, and extended intermediate levels of maintenance. Maintain close working relationships with UAE AF management, AMMROC, Lockheed Martin FSRs, Vendor FSRs, Interim Contractors, and LM Engineering Support and Services Personnel.
