Lead the strategic development and execution of manufactured home infill projects focused on transforming vacant sites into occupied, cash-flowing assets. Manage the full lifecycle of each project, including site assessment, home specification and sourcing, contractor coordination, utility integration, installation oversight, permitting, inspections, and final occupancy approvals. Partner with acquisition and operations teams during the due diligence process for prospective community acquisitions by evaluating vacant site conditions, infrastructure requirements, site feasibility, and projected development costs. Assist in developing capital expenditure (CapEx) budgets and infill strategies to support investment underwriting and long-term asset performance. Drive operational efficiency by coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, municipalities, and utility providers to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.
