Managed the operations workstream, delivering critical operational changes within a challenging timescale. Ranging from supply chain processes to customer service and finance team readiness. The programme delivered full front-end to back-end systems integration changes from web product search to fulfilment, enabling Harrods to deliver the best digital luxury customer experience and lay foundations for future development.
