As Manager of User Experience, Brand & Design Systems at Canada Post, I lead the evolution of our design system and visual standards—ensuring our digital experiences are cohesive, scalable, and aligned with brand. I work closely with cross-functional teams to guide design governance, support product delivery, and bring clarity and consistency to how we show up across platforms. With a background in creative direction and visual design, I bring a strong eye for detail, a systems-thinking mindset, and a passion for design that balances function and aesthetics. I also enjoy mentoring designers as they grow in their craft. Outside of my role at Canada Post, I run VisualKidd Studio, a freelance graphic design business partnering with clients globally.
As Manager of Brand & Design Systems at Canada Post, I’m responsible for ensuring that our digital experiences are consistently aligned with our brand while leading the planning, design, and evolution of our design system.
Visual design specialist on the Canada Post UX team focusing specifically on marketing campaign initiatives & rebrand.
