I am an experienced risk management professional with over 20 years experience in financial services and 7 years in corporate treasury, including deep expertise across trading and treasury risk functions. My most recent role as a Trading Risk Manager saw me design and establish a new risk function - creating policies, building stakeholder confidence, and embedding a proactive risk culture. As an ACCA qualified professional, I bring financial discipline and insight to risk strategy and control frameworks. I have strong relationship building skills across front office, finance and regulatory stakeholders. I am experienced and comfortable leading high performance teams and am nearing completion of my diploma in Business and Executive Coaching. With a strong foundation in treasury operations and risk, I am now actively exploring new opportunities within Treasury Risk and broader Treasury functions- where I can apply both technical expertise and leadership proficiency to help organisations manage risk effectively and navigate regulatory expectations.
