I have experience of both public and private sectors and enjoyed roles covering property and estate management and the business transformation and mobilisation of some of the most significant developments in the UK including The Television Centre, MoD Military estates, NHS, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Battersea Power Station, Brent Cross Town and Sony Broadcast. I'm delighted to join the team at The Housing Network (THN), a leading provider of specialist housing solutions and support services, as Director of Operations. The role, through a UK wide team, is responsible for operational delivery of over 5,300 bed spaces of accommodation to help address the homelessness crisis in the UK. Creating safe and secure housing options for individuals and families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness means both improving quality of life for individuals and fostering community development.
Interim Project Manager for software development. Responsible for financial, development and delivery workstreams of a new strategy software application. Working with the Executive Team and supporting on grant applications and submissions for next phase of project investment, managing project governance, budget and roadmap to take the software from specification to prototype stage for market testing and user experience
Working as a business transformation consultant for the NHS as part of Project Fusion programme, integrating three NHS trusts into one unified organisation. Responsible for the business transformation services of the clinical workstream, the project required significant clinical staff involvement, patient stakeholder engagement, executive team sign off and strong programme management office skills. Key deliverables included: - Led and supported 27 clinical workstreams, identifying, collating, assessing and developing legal and safe clinical deliverables & requirements for all harmonised clinical areas across 3 sovereign NHS trusts - Engagement with all levels of programme and executive governance structures delivered robust reporting through timely gathering of project data from 27 clinical service groups - Developed a pre-day 1 data capture and reporting methodology, monitoring and reporting project activity - Management of clinical policy harmonisation process. 51 policies harmonised prior to day 1 - Support for an options appraisal selecting and delivering a patient safety and risk management system - Reporting and engagement with Chief Medical Officers, Chief Nursing Officers, COO of the three NHS trusts - Development and delivery of an innovative programme data capture & reporting package adopted and deployed across all trusts and all programme steering groups. Used as reporting tool at executive level

Projects include: Brent Cross Town – London: - Working as part of the Related Argent asset management team, oversaw the acceptance and Practical Completion of the first elements of this major £5 billion 180 Acre site North London mixed use development - Asset management provision for the emerging Brent Cross Town development - Mobilisation and go-live of Claremont Park, the first of the parklands forming Brent Cross Town - Launch and management of the Pavilion Marketing Suite - Development of operational budgets for all newly handed over facilities Battersea Power Station Phase 2 & 3, London: - Working with the Battersea Power Station Estate Management client provided Design for Management and mobilisation management of Phases 2 and 3a of this major (£9 billion, 42 acre) multi phased, 2million ft² retail-led, mixed-use iconic destination. - Estate Director of BPS Circus West Village (Phase 1) - Mobilisation of The Power Station (Phase 2), Electric Boulevard, Prospect Place and Battersea Roof Gardens (Phase 3a) The Post Building – London: - Working with the Oxford Properties and Brockton Capital client and the Savills operations team. - Mobilised and launched the former Royal Mail sorting office in Holborn, London, Providing 263,000 ft2 of flexible Grade A office space, 21,000 ft2 of outdoor amenity space and public roof garden, 35,000 ft2 of high-quality retail, restaurant / gallery space and 21 residential apartments.
