Recruited to build and lead a team of domain specialists implementing a new debt collections solution for the Attorney General Office in Columbus, OH. Responsibilities include managing multiple sub-contractors from Fair Isaac and their Debt Manager 9 product (formerly known as CR Software Titanium) and Aspect's Unified IP Predictive Dialer Solution.
(After the 2011 acquisition of Teletrack by CoreLogic I moved from the CIO role into International Business Development responsible for market opportunity assessments and business case development to deliver data and analytic solutions into new geographic markets) As the CIO of Teletrack I was a member of the Leadership Team reporting directly to the President. (Teletrack is a leading provider of credit data to the alternative loan industry) I had executive and hands on managerial responsibility for the successful re-engineering and implementation of a multi-million dollar, high availability real-time transaction processing platform, delivered within budget and timeline. We were responsible for the conception, design and launch of Teletrack UK, which now generates in excess of 10m transactions per year. We supported the transformation of the business model into a one-stop data shop, integrating with multiple well known 3rd party data providers sources, generating 3.5 million monthly real-time transactions 24x7 averaging less than 1 second average. We established a new SDLC methodology aligned to the market demands and partnered with business leaders to re-engineer critical business processes to improve the end-to-end product life-cycle.
