I help digital consumer companies in the wider food, retail, and health space find and fulfil their purpose — to grow fast, build trusted brands, and reach sustainable profitability. I do this as an executive leader (Rohlik Group / Knuspr.de / Gurkerl.at, Amazon), strategy consultant (Oliver Wyman), advisor (Töpfer), and mentor for startups. Over the past 20 years, I’ve built and scaled teams, ramped businesses from idea to impact, and helped organizations turn vision into strategic advantage. My leadership philosophy combines strategic clarity with entrepreneurial drive and human empathy. I thrive where purpose meets customer centricity — and where growth is paired with long-term sustainability. An engineer by heart (and degree), I love creating things — in business and in life. Cooking is my lifelong passion. I enjoy woodwork and restoring a century-old house with wood, clay, and modern tech. I’m a curious learner, intentionally picking up new skills every year — through training, books, or just trying things out. I’m currently completing certification in Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching, deepening my interest in the intersection of health, food, and science. I practice the four pillars of longevity to keep my energy high, with extra focus on nutrition. Simple routines, habit stacking, and real data help me progress. I’m a husband and father of three. We love time outdoors and travelling to laid-back places. I don’t seek the public stage yet enjoy sharing ideas at events such as the K5 Future Retail conference, or in podcasts like StartUp Insider, Kassenzone, and ChefTreff podcasts. And connecting with people who share a passion for purpose-driven business, food, health, and longevity.
