• Direct and manage the Company’s accounting, revenue operations, FP&A, treasury, tax, legal/contracts, human resources, facilities and recruiting functions • Manage multiple process improvement/automation initiatives, including: early implementation of ASC 606; IP migration; process automation for accounts payable and sales tax reporting; Salesforce to NetSuite integration; legal/contracts request integration with Salesforce.com and cash flow forecasting • Hired and developed leaders in the finance, accounting and legal departments to support the growing business while maintaining the positive corporate culture • Drove the implementation of a standardized collections process to improve cash flows
