This is beautiful 9-hole private golf course owned by Martha Leonard, Fort Worth, Texas. Her father, Marvin Leonard, was Ben Hogan's mentor and friend. Starr Hollow Golf Club has tons of memorabilia from the Hogan era. It is a beautifully played golf course with 2 sets of flags per green, for the front and back nines. The "starr" hole is #9, it is in the shape of the state of Texas!! Starr Hollow is actually named after the famous outlaw, Belle Starr.
