About

With over 30 years leadership experience in the UK and Asia as both a banker and a business advisor, I have worked extensively with businesses to increase their value. Having first invested in UK residential property in the mid-1980s, I am now working with highly experienced property specialists around the UK to acquire properties below market value and realise a significantly increased value through development, refurbishment, extension or change of use. Substantial and stable returns are available to private investors through a variety of structures ranging from secured lending through to joint venture equity arrangements. I offer management and advisory services to international investors in UK property and mentor international students preparing to start out on their UK property investment journeys.
