Main Project Features: This projects includes Pipe laying of Transmission and Distribution line (3in to 12in) PVC pipe and Steel Pipe including large diameter piping (48in to 60in), fittings and appurtenances including pavement demolition/ restoration, testing and disinfection. It also includes Civil and Structural Works including and Supply and Installation of Electro-Mechanical Works including testing and commissioning requirement. Project Cost = 1.0 Million to 6.0 Million USD. Job Description: Ensure the Estimate is built up methodically and in sufficient detail and is in accordance with good estimating practice. Ensure the Cost Estimate is correctly prepared and costed. Prepare / Review the preparation of the Project Schedule, providing man-hours and equipment requirement for each activity and also ensure correctness to capture anticipated durations and manning Responsible for evaluating bid specifications and drawings, ensuring everything required to successfully bid and win the project.
Main Project Features: The project covers the Upgrading and Maintenance of Tasitolu-Tibar Road with a road length of (4.55 km) and scheduled for the construction/widening into four (4) lanes Asphalt Concrete Pavement surfacing with one (1)-span concrete bridge (25.84m.), RCBC (24.28m, 20.30m, 20.30m) and Drainage Structures such as RCPC (24in, 36in, 42in, 48in), Underdrain (6in PVC pipe) and relocation/installation of water mains (12in & 24in) to accommodate the increasing volume of traffic for the proposed new International Sea Port of Tibar. Project Cost = 12.90 Million USD. Job Description: Responsible for preparing and managing the Project Schedule, Contract Measurement and Cost of the construction project. In charge in the Preparation and Review of all Project Report. Assist in the inspection all operations on the site, ensuring safe practices, good workmanship and within specification. Updating the original designs or proposing new solutions as necessary to reflect changed conditions on the field. Maintain a detailed record of daily activities on the site including equipment working or broken down, weather conditions, labour, work stoppages and the reasons therefore, etc.
Main Project Features: The project involves the construction and upgrading of Al Muntazah Street Extension Infrastructure including roads, flyover, underpasses, tunnel, Water lines (48in to 60in) Cement Coated and Lined Steel Pipe, Ductile Iron Pipe (24in to 36in), PVC Pipes (1/2in to 6in) and Fire Fighting, Wastewater, Storm water, Irrigation, Electrical, Street Lighting, Traffic Signal, Telecommunication, Gas Network. Project Cost = 659 Million USD. Job Description: In charge of the preparation and regular analysis of all the Project Schedule. Track, monitor and forecast progress of all activities. Assist in the daily inspection the project progress of the project. Prepare weekly and monthly presentation report to the Project Director and Client. Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Control Manager and Project Director.
Main Project Features: The project involves the Construction Supervision of buildings, perimeter roads, parking area, lined canal and other miscellaneous structures. Project Cost = 42 Million USD. Job Description: Supervised and inspect the construction to ensure that it is done in full accordance with the plans and specifications. Prepare Schedule of each item of work assigned. Check and prepare site reports, design and drawing. Supervising construction works with quality implementation. Prepare the As-built Plan and hand over documents for each work completes. Performs quantity take-off for bidding purposes. Performs other duties as required.
