DICT (Department of Information and Communications Technology) – National Fiber Backbone Phase 1 Responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the DICT National Backbone Project to ensure timely completion, within budget, and to the desired level of quality. This project involves the deployment of a high-speed fiber-optic network that will connect government agencies and communities throughout the Philippines. Converge DWDM Projects – Regional Backbone / National Backbone In Charge for Equipment Inventory and Kitting. In control of Purchase Request (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) for the rectifier and battery, monitor port availability of Optical Line Terminal (OLT) equipment, and conduct site audit to ensure that the site is following regulatory standards, as well as to identify and address any issues that may affect the site's performance.
Globe Transport Project –MWAN, DWDM/FMC Responsible for the Telecom Equipment’s Proposed Solutions Review in line with the stakeholder’s (Globe Telecom) Standards and Guidelines on the electronics, space (Civil) and power (Electrical) requirements. Conduct Actual Site Survey and Assessment in line with the proposed telecom equipment solutions. Monitor and Supervise survey subcontractor’s daily activities. Review, assess and check TSSR (Technical Site Survey Report) output from survey subcontractors. Create, modify and check TSSR (Technical Site Survey Report) for in-house (Huawei) Survey activity. Conduct Training and workshops for survey subcontractor’s survey activity, equipment proposal solutioning and guidelines for TSSR (Technical Site Survey Report) creation, ensuring efficiency and quality of work.
Globe Telecom – Circuit Engineering Project/MWAN/Galactus Performs Site Survey on Base Transceiver Station (BTS), Mobile Switching Center (MSC) as per required equipment specification, Creation of Technical Site Survey Report (TSSR), Installation, Commissioning (to incorporate the equipment to the network), Provisional Acceptance Test (PAT) and Creation of As-built documents. Performs testing using tools such as Optical Power Meter, Clamp Meter and Fiber Video Scope, also lead and support teams responsible for field deployments and troubleshooting. Conducts training for new Junior Engineers in preparation for deployment to make sure that all the requirements will be met and installation standards are followed.
