In my current role, I hold regional accountability for the delivery of Advanced Technology Facilities across Continental Europe, overseeing a complex, multi-billion-euro project portfolio from strategic mobilisation through to execution. My focus is on establishing robust operational frameworks that balance commercial responsibility, risk governance, and delivery certainty, while ensuring projects are executed in a manner consistent with client obligations and contractual commitments. Through targeted recruitment, leadership reinforcement, and process optimisation, I rebuilt delivery confidence across the portfolio, mitigating potential multi-million-euro financial risk while improving schedule reliability and operational flow on some of the region’s most critical projects. Key Contributions & Outcomes Held regional leadership responsibility for Project and Construction Management, directing a workforce of more than 400 professionals across multiple European jurisdictions. Designed and executed focused recruitment strategies, attracting and onboarding high-calibre talent to resource complex, multi-billion-euro programmes, including flagship projects in Dresden. Intervened in and stabilised several underperforming projects, implementing corrective governance and delivery measures to contain financial exposure and restore execution control. Streamlined project delivery processes to remove operational constraints, strengthen programme discipline, and materially improve adherence to agreed schedules.
Accountable for leading all aspects of the engineering and project management services business, involving 1,000 personnel and $135MM in revenues. My tenure as a Programme Director enabled me to contract with Saudi Aramco, executing 800K to 900K man-hours per year. I supported the company in earning reputation as one of Saudi Aramco's preferred engineering contractors for the execution of challenging projects in Saudi Arabia by fostering progressive relationships with Saudi Aramco.
