I used MS Power Query to analyze Skillwork's recruiting and staffing data from a variety of platforms to develop company performance metrics and identify trends to capitalize on business growth opportunities. I established company recruiting quotas, performance metrics, and various reports to inform strategic decisions by the CEO and Executive leadership team. I also managed their job boards and talent acquisition platforms to optimize candidate in-flow for their first-class recruiting team.
I used ArcGIS, MS Excel, and proprietary GIS software to analyze large datasets to create various data products for senior decision makers at USSTRATCOM to inform U.S. strategic planning efforts.
I directed operations for the Studies and Analysis Squadron and led a diverse team of 98 programmers, analysts and scientists to provide data-driven insights to senior leaders who guide training, education and force development initiatives for the Air Force.
