Coordinator of Transition offense: very successful implementation of the 2-sided break. Additional duties: assist with offensive and defensive schemes, practice planning, and scouting. Team is currently 38-10 (27-1 CWC) over the last 2 years. Offensive metrics have increased each year with utilization of 2-sided break. Administer all aspects of directing basketball camps, assign counselors, teach/demonstrate basketball skills, etc. Camps directed: overnight, day, shooting, post/perimeter, team, fundamental, junior gold. 37th year working and 40th associated with camp!
Head Coach/GM: all duties associated with being a head coach of a professional team. As, General Manager, assembled team, contract negotiations, scheduled player appearances, represented team at annual draft.
