I am responsible for the overall operation of the terminal, including but not limited to the day-to- day management of both drivers and equipment assigned to the terminal. I assures that dispatch is providing the most efficient solution to Coastal Transport and our customers while safely utilizing/routing drivers and equipment. This position requires daily interaction with drivers, dispatch, customers, and vendors. I must be able to effectively work with all other departments within Coastal Transport. I am responsible for the complete oversight of the terminal during all hours of operation. This requires the me to be available both during and outside of normal business hours in case of emergency.
I am responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the day to day operations of Safeway Oil Recovery. It is my responsibility to ensure and improve the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of departmental and organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies. Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing customer support, planning and supporting sales and marketing activities.
Responsible for day to day operations at given location.I am accountable for monthly quota expectations and ensuring sustained growth along several lines of business.Oversees company relations with automotive and industrial customers alike in a manner to maintain and exceed customer satisfaction level. Other daily duties include fleet maintenance,routing,scheduling and environmental compliance. We offer a wide variety of environmental solutions to our customers and prospective customers alike.
• I am responsible for the completion of necessary paperwork (waste profiling, quotations etc), communication with service, office, and warehouse staff. I build relationships with key buyers in territory, as well as assess current/potential business in existing accounts and create strategy to grow business. I analyze customer needs and design sales, customer service and account management processes to acquire and retain accounts. I prepare and deliver customer quotes and identify new solutions for customers, while providing technical and sales assistance to customers. I serve as interface between customers and company by ensuring that customer needs are met and by handling customer complaints. I prep sales plans and future period forecast’s, monitor and track sales plan to ensure sales quota is met and prepare regular status reports. I keep abreast of products, market conditions and competitive activities
• I was responsible for ensuring optimum customer service leading to retention and expansion of the branch business. Key responsibilities include supervising customer service staff, ensuring services are completed in a timely manner, and managing customer relationships. I also recommended hiring, training, scheduling, performance appraisal, promoting, compensation, and termination. It was my responsibility that all branch customer service practices are conducted consistent with high ethical standards
• I was responsible for the procurement of new business in excess of $75,000 quarterly. I was able to provide customers with a wide variety of products and services that best fit their needs. I was responsible for fulfilling existing customer needs and resolving any issues or concerns that the customer may have had. I am knowledgeable of EPA and TCEQ regulations and standards. Waste profiling, disposal quotes and scheduling were daily occurrences.
