A highly regarded and accomplished Chartered Quantity Surveyor, who has operated in project delivery and at C-Suite executive board level.I combine a strong commercial awareness with attention to detail and has gained a wealth of experience over 40 years of being involved with construction, 'end to end', on a wide variety of multi million pound projects, which include Iconic Giga Projects, Hotel developments, Infrastructure projects, Residential developments, Food Retail Developments, Mixed-Use Developments, Highways, Petro - Chemical, Residential Housing and Flat Developments, Hotels, Public Houses, Leisure Facilities, Medical Centres,Police and Government Buildings. I continually search for ways to add value to any project, by adopting a thorough analytical and logical approach at all stages of the project, without compromising on safety or quality. I'm a highly motivated,enthusiastic person, who is dedicated, adaptive and who thrives in pressurised challenging working environments. Possessing exceptional communication skills I'm able to lead successful Client, Contractor and Business meetings/negotiations, which also develop positive working relationships, both internally and externally. I believe in being a strong and supportive leader of cross functional teams, but also equally in being a pro-active member of a team, when required. Being a Senior Management Director, including having operated at executive board level , which includes the role of the CEO, it allowed me to think both laterally and strategically even further, driving snd developing the Company further.This allowed me to manage and organise resources, people and finance to ensure that a high quality of service is provided to the Client and that of the businesses which I have been involved with to became even more successful. . Not only have I gained the respect of colleagues and staff, but also from other Professional Consultant's, Contractor's, Developer's and Client's alike. I’m very passionate about the development and training of young talent. I do this by being an active mentor supporting young talent to grow and achieve their full potential, but this is a two way street and I learn from them too.
