I have skills in design engineering and problem solving. I have transferred those skills to CAD which I can draw various plan types, each with different complexity levels ranging from buildings to marine vessels.
Plan drawer using draftsight/cad. Using surveyors sketches we create plans for buildings through to ships to identify asbestos and hazardous materials.
Customer service advisor that deals with many duties as such car insurance, breakdown cover and other products to ensure customers get the highest level of care when purchasing from the AA. Key Responsibilities include; Maintaining high level customer service, also a large part of this is problem solving as to the complexity of cases. I have to work the majority of the time independently but as well as part of a team. Liaise with underwriters to ensure insurance standards are met and kept within there guidelines.
