At CARPUT, our operations teams and mechanics are the beating heart of the company. We are open 365 days of the year and they work tirelessly to meet CARPUT's service level expectations. Ultimately, our day to day goal is to turn frustrated drivers into happy customers :) . CARPUT provides: - On-site battery replacements - Jumpstarts - Towing - Flat tyre replacements - Petrol delivery Speed and efficiency is extremely vital to our operation, requiring us to be both creative and structured as CARPUT scales and our job requests increase. My key role here is to provide the support required for the operations teams to effectively do their jobs, and keep our customers happy. I have planned, executed and continue to improve our core operational strategies as CARPUT scales. I also maintain oversight on our business cost and performance metrics, ensuring that CARPUT's goals are met. I constantly look for ways to better our services and improve our P&L. We are now preparing CARPUT for the next stages of growth, efficiency and profitability.
My primary role was to provide our customers with the best user experience when using our mobile app and service. As of July 2018, we are proud to say we have served over 30,000 customers while boasting a 4.8 star average in reviews across all major platforms (Play/app store, Facebook, Google). The second was to provide the right infrastructure and platform for our fleet of mechanics and customer service teams. CARPUT's fleet and customer service platform now manages over 50 active mechanics across 5 states in Malaysia. We are looking to scale this into other regions too. With our developers taking the lead, I now continue to help maintain CARPUT's core products.
