Since 2017, I am leading our Responsible AI work on Sensitive Use cases, we put our responsible AI principles into practice through the Office of Responsible AI (ORA), the AI Ethics, and Effects in Engineering and Research (AETHER) Committee, and Responsible AI Strategy in Engineering (RAISE). The Aether Committee advises our senior leadership on the challenges and opportunities presented by AI innovations. ORA sets our rules and governance processes, working closely with teams across the company to enable the effort. RAISE is a team that enables the implementation of Microsoft responsible AI rules across engineering groups.
As the General Manager and Area 14 Leader of the Customer Success Organization at Microsoft, I am responsible for leading a 800+ person team in enabling our customers' success by maximizing their business value through cloud adoption acceleration and growth. This is achieved through utilizing Microsoft's cloud solutions, including Azure, Security, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform. My team engages throughout the full customer lifecycle, covering adoption, usage, and support, and spans from sales through delivery. We work directly with customers and partners and use our proximity to represent the voice of the customer to our engineering teams, eliminating blockers, accelerating success, and driving new cloud capabilities. This is a start-up business within Microsoft with a focus on innovation, speed, agility, and mission impact to lead the way and make the difference for customers.
