As the Director of Operational Services Special Projects at NUSSLI Group, I am responsible for managing complex and large-scale event projects across the globe, such as the Expo 2020 Dubai. With over eight years of experience in the event and exhibition industry, I have developed a strong expertise in tender, business development, and project management, as well as a deep understanding of the international market and customer needs. Before joining NUSSLI, I held various leadership roles within the group, including Co-CEO, Co-CMO, and Member of the Executive Board. In these positions, I contributed to the strategic direction, growth, and innovation of the company, as well as the development and execution of marketing and sales strategies. I also hold an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA ZFH) from ZHAW School of Management and Law, where I focused on international business and management. My mission is to deliver outstanding and memorable event experiences for our clients and partners, while ensuring operational excellence, quality, and sustainability.
